This beautiful/functional/spacious apartment, has gleaming hard wood floors through out, is bright with natural light. It features a deck off of the living room, overlooking Clark and a second off of the master bedroom!

Yes, it is right by a Y crossing by the el and yes you can hear the train passing but it's not very loud. Sort of sounds like someone vacuuming downstairs... or something like that.
