Information
Marina City is a 61 story, mixed-use residential/commercial building complex occupying an entire city block on State Street
in Chicago. It sits on the north bank of the Chicago River, directly across from Chicago's Loop district.
Designed by renowned architect Bertrand Goldberg and envisioned as a “city within a city,” the Marina City complex consists of two corncob-shaped 61-story residential towers, a saddle-shaped auditorium building, and a mid-rise hotel building all contained on a raised platform cantilevered over defunct railroad tracks adjacent to the river. Beneath the raised platform at river level is a small marina for pleasure craft.

Utilities
All utilities in the unit are electric and paid for by the tenant. Direct TV is inlcuded in the rent, but Internet and additional cable services are paid by the tenant.

Laundry
Not only do residents have 24 hour access to laundry facilities, they have a fantastic view of the city while doing it. Each tower has separate facilities on the 20th floor containing approximately 20 washers and 20 dryers. You don't even need to save up quarters...our modern machines run on a card system. Each unit comes with a metal cage storage locker also located on the 20th floor. Access is available daily 8:00am - 8:00pm. The Rooftop Deck is accessible by tenants and owners during the summer months.

Parking
The first 19 floors of Marina City are used for Valet parking by System Parking. Monthly parking is available for $220 a month. Hourly rates are also available. As a courtesy to our customers, Marina Management offers 24-hour parking stickers at a reduced rate.
