It is located just west of the corner of Roscoe and Broadway which is in
East Lakeview/Wrigleyville, about 2 blocks away from the lake and
walking distance to the Belmont red/brown lines and Lakeshore express buses
downtown.
Tenant is responsible to pay monthly bills (electric and cable/Internet bills) although the security system is included in the rent. This great space is a duplex connected by a spiral staircase with hardwood floors throughout. There are two full floors each with a bedroom, full bathroom (bathroom upstairs has a whirlpool tub and marble tile floor), living room, and office.
The top floor has a cozy dining area and a kitchen with 2 year old stainless steel GE appliances (fridge, gas oven, microwave, dishwasher), granite counter tops, and 42" cabinets.
On each floor there is access to the back deck area which is shared by all the tenants. Also, we have a wall mounted HD TV that we will be leaving as well as a washer/dryer in the unit. There is an alarm system/intercom already built in. The building also has a communal laundry room and you would have access to a locked storage unit. It is a pet friendly building with no restrictions on dogs or cats!
